Motel 6 Rochester - Airport

My room had garbage on the floor; spider webs and bugs in the bathroom; dirt all over the chair; the unfriendly staff had no extra pillows or blankets; our TV had a wire hanging out of it. We stayed with no TV throughout our stay, and out of the 3 people I spoke to, none of them ever came to check on it like they promised. One of the kids could have gotten seriously injured with the stripped wire hanging out of our TV. I was glad I only stayed for one night.

Liked: One of the cleaning women was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting our handicap needs.
Disliked: Most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered.

Liked: No breakfast offered! Floors in the room was sticky, people upstairs sounded like they were running a marathon!Bed was very comfortable and cozy, pillow as were fresh and dreamy! No outside traffic noice yet very near main roads, very convenient!
Disliked: The upstairs room was very noisy. The running!

Hot shower and clean bed...

Liked: First room was not clean and front desk gave us a new room that felt like an upgrade compared to the last one.
Disliked: First room had a cooked bag of popcorn left in the microwave, and table surface had dried ketchup stain left behind.

We'll probably never stay there...

Liked: nothing. It was a bed and a room with a door that locked. nothing more, nothing less
Disliked: I did not like getting charged $100deposit that I have to pray comes back to me in the future
