Disliked: The bed suck door handle was broke. We couldn’t get in no fridge no freezer for my wife’s med. She has cancer. There was no coffee pot like it said there was.

Safe, clean and friendly

Liked: We always stay here because it is safe, clean and staff is great. It is close to places we like to go and the price is reasonable.

Disliked: My room had no heat it was cold, got changed to another room it was the same, also the phone in the room didn’t work. they had to move me to a 3rd room which was ok.

Disappointing

Liked: Just off of the highway and have stayed previously over the years
Disliked: Everything. It was not a good experience at all. Staff wasn’t necessarily accommodating and tried to charge me more when I asked for disability accommodation. I was hurt in Iraq and am a disabled veteran and have trouble w stairs.Mold in and around bathroom Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes Toilet had fecal stainsHeater didn’t work properly 2 of the five lights in the room didn’t workFood left in fridge

Disliked: The back middle stairs seem very weak And may break soon.

Disliked: We did not get the room we booked, we were supposed to have a microwave (due to health reasons with medication) I went back to the office and let her know we did not get the room we reserved, she stated they would have a microwave brought to the room which NEVER happened!
