Liked: The location is bad so many unhoused people making noise, it was loud all night, our first day we was on the room another Client walked into our room and he was looking so confused because my husband and I was in the room he used a key to get in the room we asked him how the heck you came in he said I have the key, so he apologized and said he doesn’t know how that happened they gave him a room that’s already occupied we said yeah we don’t know how they did that.
Disliked: I went to the office the same night to let the staff know we were having trouble with our room she was very unprofessional still trying to take her wig off and the way she was talking sound so annoyed and said well wait let me look for the security came back said go back to your room the security will be there and walked away, our room was so nasty water coming out the flooring we woke up in the morning we the floor is wet and we stepping walking and we saw water coming from under the floor smh two guest but only one towel, no refrigerator no iron it was a bad experience I regret booking with Park inn the pictures on line is not it it’s a lie
