Easy in Kingston.

Liked: Easy to find. Comfortable. Good value.
Disliked: No restaurants close.

Liked: Staff at front desk was very warm and welcoming.
Disliked: Walls are very thin ~ not happy hearing what’s going on in the room beside me. Traffic was loud- got a room on side of hwy- did not have a good sleep.

Upon leaving the elevator down...

Liked: Basic
Disliked: Upon leaving the elevator down seemed stuck. The door would not open all the way to let us enter my husband put his hand in and it closed on his hand. Thankfully his titanium ring stopped it from being crushed. We took the stairs. While checking out we told the attendant what had happened -and they simply said okay we will check it out. No concern for my husband at all. No apology for the elevator not working. Nothing!
