Great staff, good location

Liked: The reception staff were so professional, helpful and kind. They made the stay so enjoyable. Thanks to them I'll be back. They went above and beyond
Disliked: Only issue was the breakfast selection. Not wide enough - no fruit but just a minor thing everything else was great. I'll definitely go back

Liked: My friend and I did not eat at the hotel. We did go to the bar down in reception, and it was cozy and well-supplied. The people on staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and comfortable. We were close to everything we wanted to see, and we were close to transportation. Any hotel that is cat-friendly, as this one is, is tops.
Disliked: We could have stayed longer and spent more time in the lounge. Seriously. These were the only flaws in our visit.

Another excellent stay

Liked: This is our second stay. Did not disappoint. The only downside was the lift of out of order. However we were compensated with a free drink and help with baggage. Mimi was so friendly and helpful.

Liked: Great location - perfect if travelling on international train services. Beautiful park cross the road for a morning walk; close to many good eateries.
