Great apartment on the 49th...

Liked: Very convenient location downtown with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The Apartment was on the 49th floor with spectacular views of the city. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Amazing Experience!

Liked: Great location in downtown Dallas. Rooms are located on the top two floors of the Santander building (49th and 50th) with spectacular views. Room was immaculate and modern. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
Disliked: A little better signage for the parking lot would help. Although the staff was more than happy to help us get our bearings.

Liked: The view was absolutely stunning.Very spacious decorated with style.The room has everything you need, including a kitchen, in room washer and dryer, etc. Would be perfect even for a longer stay.Everything is well organised, you feel luxurious and secluded at the same time.Will be back for sure

Great spot to see Dallas...

Liked: Great location. Lovely bagels and bar/restaurant (The Woolworth) across the road. Walk to JFK museum and art’s district. Great views. We started out in a room directly above the bar/restaurant which was having an event and the noise was terrible. The staff kindly moved us to another room. Make sure you ask for a room so that the noise from the 2 venues on level 48 (one floor below mint house) cannot disturb. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night so may have been quiet other nights
