Liked: Very Clean apartment ideally situated in the centre of the city. Very helpful staff
Disliked: The service charge policy in the restaurant where a 20% charge is automatically charged to the bill with staff tips extra.

Nice facility and I enjoyed...

Liked: I did not have breakfast at the location. The room was very nice. The staff was exceptionally responsive to my needs.
Disliked: There needs to be lighting in the dining area. The distance from the conference center was longer than expected.

Unreal!!

Liked: We LOVED Mint House!! If you want to feel like penthouse royalty for the night, book this stay. The room was so chique and the view from the 50th floor was mesmerizing. The bed was very comfortable as well. However, probably the best part was the treatment we received from the staff (Chase and Yoab). They both went above and beyond to welcome and help us—when we found the common area fridge wasn’t working, Chase stored my breakfast items in their own fridge and then made sure they were delivered to me the next morning. Yoab dropped everything and helped me print a parking pass last minute. They were so nice and made the stay!
Disliked: Because there is a shared common area available, the room we stayed in didn’t have some of the typical things you’d expect in a hotel room, like a mini fridge and a microwave. This was fine for us though, just be aware!
