Liked: The location is very good.
Disliked: The lobby promises a level of quality that my room, at least, did not deliver. Average at best; somewhat run-down and overly basic at worst.

The staff, from the front desk, to the doorman, were all wonderful - friendly, helpful, pleasant, and polite. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay.
Liked: Great location and friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: No refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in the room.

Liked: Room had somewhat of a view.
Disliked: Cleanliness was not good. I stayed during COVID outbreak and I thought the staff would enforced better cleaning measures.

Liked: The staff were professional, friendly and did their best to try to make our stay pleasant.
Disliked: The Lobby is not welcoming, the rooms and the view has nothing to do with the photos on the hotel website, it was really disappointing. the room as well as the decor is dated and poorly maintained, the sink and bath water were brown. I regret spending my money on this hotel.

Liked: The view of Time Square and the closeness to everything we wanted to see.
Disliked: If I had to say one thing negative it would be the cost of breakfast was crazy high.We really did enjoy our stay though. It was the best vacation we?d had in awhile

Good location, spacious room. That?s...
Liked: Location is brilliant, two exits to either W44th or W45th street. A literal 60 seconds walk & you?re in the centre of Times Square. The staff were exceptionally friendly & welcoming, helpful too considering the COVID-19 issues the city was facing. The television was good and had a good selection of channels.
Disliked: However, the hotel itself needs a revamp. The lobby is a bit dark & depressing. The room needed paint, we had a dodgy bath & sink too. The bed wasn?t overly comfortable either. If safety is your concern too, the elevators do not require a key pass to activate them. This isn?t acceptable in my humblest of opinions.

Disappointed with this brand
Disliked: I was expecting this brand to take the Corona virus seriously as WHO announced it as pandemic the night before my flight which lead me postponing my trip to NY and I called them to tell them that I was worried about my kids and family health and what they have done is to consider my reservation as a no show and refused to change the date!!! I will not consider this brand in the future
