Loved the room. Food was excellent. Staff, from valet to the front desk staff, were superb! The price was considerably lower than the (less the great) hotels in the area.

Liked: Rooms and staff.
Disliked: Construction and elevators.

I stay at this hotel...

Liked: Very attractive room.
Disliked: This location is very difficult to find and the parking ramp is under construction, but useable. It is in downtown Minneapolis and they are sometimes overwhelmed by vagrant black teenage girls who hang out in the lobby. These girls seem to be struggling with issues that teenagers should not be struggling with. Perhaps the hotel could sponsor a program that even meets at the location that helps to address the needs of these teenagers rather than kicking them out of the building.

Fun location for a good...

Liked: We book the Millenium for the rate. We were also excited to be staying in a part of Minneapolis that we normally don't; close to Loring Park. The front desk staff was really nice and there is onsite parking. The parking ramp was under construction, but everything worked out fine for us. We were within walking distance from one of our favorite breweries, Lakes and Legends, and were able to walk to the Orpheum in nice weather.
Disliked: Overall, we felt the hotel was beginning to show its age. Our room seemed a bit run down and the bed was about a 5 out of 10. We realized there were no bath towels in our bathroom our first morning. We asked a maid in the hall for some, which were sitting on her cart, as well as for some extra coffee and she refused. She told us to call the front desk. The gym and restaurant were nice features, however, the restaurant was closed, maybe due to COVID but I am not sure and the gym was unpleasant. It was located next to the pool area and was extremely warm and humid. There were ceiling tiles missing with what looked like support poles keeping part of the ceiling in place. The treadmills worked, but were very loud and had me questioning if I should be running on them.

It's a place to sleep...

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Despite having signs telling people to wear their masks, no one was enforcing it and almost 75% of guests didnt have masks. Their were still hairs everywhere in the shower. The heat in our room didnt work well so we were freezing all night and the only blanket they give is thin and doesn't do the job. I paid extra to have breakfast only to find it at 8am that they haven't had breakfast in 2 years. No restaurant or bar option. Parking ramp was sketchy.
