Disliked: Bug in the bath tub

Disliked: Room very small. Bed was not comfortable at all.

Liked: Clean room and comfortable bed. No frills but nice place.
Disliked: Had to move rooms because the adjoining door to the next room had a missing lock on our side. This should have been caught by staff.

Not kid friendly

Liked: Some of the staff were nice, then there were others that had a problem with kids being there. But they advertised as a kid friendly hotel.
Disliked: The rooms were decent, but I found roaches in the bathroom. The one hotel guy that was at the front desk put a limit to our kids eating pancakes, and they only got 2 a piece. The hotel isn't as kid friendly as they said they were. Then had complaints from an elderly lady saying there were kids being too loud, but we wasn't even there

Disliked: no refrigerator or microwave we were there for 1 week could not keep anything cold were told with 1 bed no refrig. or microwave only 2 bed room they did not offer us another room . was nosey with ice machine in hall across from room. tv worked sometimes.
