There was tons to do...

Liked: The space was clean and kept up. There was a ton for my kids to do. We have kids 11,8, and 6. They all had fun.

Kids had a blast and...

Liked: Lots of options of stuff to do. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was all very nice.
Disliked: We stayed two nights but our room was not cleaned on the second day. The water park was shutdown twice during our stay for what I'm assuming is poop in the pool. It was a bummer to not be able to swim a second day. The lazy river was open but that was not very fun for toddlers. It would be nice to have some more fresh food options.

Liked: King size Bed and pillows, coffee in the lobby was pretty good
Disliked: Did not appreciate the dogs barking for 2 days in our hallway.. Meanwhile our own dog didn't make a peep. Toilet was dirty. Pullout sofa bed was awful and there were Graham crackers under it. I was under the impression that the room was bigger, had a recliner type chair, bigger table and that breakfast was included...none of this was true.

Overall happy with our staff...

Liked: The food at City Eats was great- service was a bit slow, but the staff themselves were great. We enjoyed the water slides/pool area and action city. Room was very clean. Could not access netlfix and channels were very limited.
Disliked: The rooms are not very soundproof. It was very early in the morning and we could hear people talking, walking/running in the halls. We know some sound is to be expected at a family place, but it was quite loud.
