Convenient for the railway station.

Liked: Large room.
Disliked: Poor lighting made it dark Shower took ages to warm up so wasted water in California where there is a shortage. No kettle to make tea in room.

Liked: Bathroom facility renovated and clean. Parking available only $5 pn.
Disliked: The hotel is in transition. Improvements underway. Few options for meals in immediate area.

Convenient but dated.

Liked: 3 blocks from Union station. Price good.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. Room needed upgrading. Shower was not adjustable. It was directly overhead. Hard not to get hair wet. No place for soap or shampoo in shower.
