Liked: My second stay at this hotel. Very convenient to walk to/from Union Station. Comfy, clean, quiet. Friendly and helpful management and staff. Thank you for the wonderful room you assigned me!

Comfortable, clean, welcoming hotel close...

Liked: Kind management and staff, comfortable, clean and quiet room at very short notice. Within easy walking distance of Union Station. Noon check-out and will store bag(s) if needed. Reasonable price.
Disliked: Nothing. I will certainly use this hotel again. Only deducted a point because the hotel could do with a little refreshing.

Curate’s egg, good in parts

Liked: Ideally located near train station and Phillipe the original diner. Good bed and bedding, shower ok, all nice and clean and surprisingly quiet
Disliked: Very run down and tatty, my curtains were broken, furniture in an awful state, no breakfast, renovation works still apparently ongoing, odd noises and vibrations…
