Really enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The hotel is in easy walking distance to and from Waverley station, shops and attractions such as Arthur's seat. As Princess Street is busy, felt safe walking around.
Disliked: Very small point - I suppose not everyone can have a view but as there was scaffolding outside the window, the view was not as nice. However not a big deal as I was out most of the day! :)

Liked: - Great location (just opposite to the tam stop which goes to the airport and right in the city center)- Comfortable bed
Disliked: - The room was quite dark because a fire escape staircase was directly outside the window- The AC wasn’t working in heating mode on the first night, so it was quite cold. After asking the staff to fix it, it worked, though it occasionally needed some adjustments to prevent it from blowing cold air again.

Desk staff was excellent, helpful...

Liked: Great location near to all right across from museum, park, close to Waverley Station.
Disliked: Some construction underway but it was not obtrusive.

Disliked: Small bathroom and pillows.

Disliked: A little fridge in the room would be nice to keep, beverages and medication cold.

Liked: Really comfortable bed and delicious breakfast spread. It was a hot day, so i was grateful for the A/C in the room. Staff was very helpful in directing me to sites around town.
Disliked: On the pricy side, but convenient and comfortable.
