very disappointing

Disliked: My van got broken into over night as well as 2 other vans that same night, I would expect a good hotel to have more security for their clientele. Severe damage was caused to my vehicle and they had the time and opportunity to do it to two others.

Liked: Location to where I was heading
Disliked: Staff watched me struggle with lots of luggage and no one offered to help. Not really enough staff on duty. I took a bell boy trolley for the luggage and even then no one offered to help, watching me struggle.No water in room caused a problem with my elderly mother

Liked: The staff and service were great. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Not an issue as everything worked fine, but some of the fittings (cupboards) might benefit from a re-furb.
