Work on the little things...

Liked: The staff were friendly and it was in an excellent location.
Disliked: The heat was controlled - cool during the evening and too hot at night I think the hotel room amenities need work. If they’re going to attract good clientele they need to up their game - there were just too many little things that need work.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No staff or front desk for check in because they we short staffed. Got keys from lockbox. Room noisy from upstairs foot traffic. Cleanliness not great (dust, dirty shower curtain)
