Disappointed that swimming was not...

Liked: Family room was decent for us (one adult and three children) with two double beds. The room was clean. And beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The bedroom needed a mini fridge and a face mirror on the desk.

Liked: Lovely property and lovely rooms. I stay here all the time when I’m not working
Disliked: The room they put us in this time was right next to the breakfast area and you could hear the music coming from the Gym.

Liked: Receptionist was very helpfull. Upon arrival, the 2 rooms were on different floors but it was not difficult to get both rooms close together.
Disliked: The beddings and towels were not changed for the whole duration of our stay and the room was not cleaned or refreshed during our stay. This means any mess that was created by accident has to stay the same until you leave the hotel. There was some cubwed found around the wardrobe.
