Loved the hotel and staff....

Liked: We had a unionists and it was large. The facility was so clean and nice. No jacuzzi. Beautiful pool area. They provide water which I loved.
Disliked: Was a little expensive. Dallas wasn’t a very walking city so the area of uptown wasn’t what I thought it would be. Location-wise. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff was lovely.

Great stay overall. NO food...

Liked: The hotel is very nice and very clean. Views are nice. Pool is very nice with the view. Room service was fast and good selection. ALL employees were very very nice and super helpful!
Disliked: 1. Really really hard to find the entrance. Would be nice to have a check in temporary parking area. 2. No vending machines. Got hungry at night and no food or snacks anywhere or nearby!

comfortable hotel lodging with many...

Liked: gracious oublic rooms, good bar, responsive clerks and frontline staff.
Disliked: the restaurant had irregular hours, and very inexperienced staff. all were pleasant but not necessarily excellent at their work yet.
