Liked: This my second time here at this location. My sons attend Philander Smith College which is only 9 minutes away! Everything you need is 8-9 minutes away!
Disliked: The let out couch was not clean, it was nasty with no sheets

Liked: Good location to all our activities. Nice and spacious and quiet.
Disliked: A few people staying there smoked pot in hallways (they are outside), so when you opened your door, that's all you could smell.

My stay was absolutely disappointing...

Liked: Nothing other than location.
Disliked: It wasn’t as pictured, it had stains on bed. It was a complete disappointment. Some of the furniture was broken, the bedding was horrible. The room had a nasty smell.

Liked: Central location in the city; near large park. Breakfast was basic but ok; coffee unexpectedly good. unit marginally set up for cooking with plates and cups but no pots and pans for stove top cooking.
Disliked: Older suite unit was ok, but the king bed was old and badly depressed in the center. Another queen bed had bottom sheet that didn't fit and continued to slide off. Unit was pretty clean, but a vent grating in the common room was filthy.

Liked: It was in close proximity to our event.
Disliked: It was the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever stayed. When they asked me to sign a waiver stating that I would not engage in prostitution I should have left but I had already paid. The room door didn’t close all the way due to damage from being kicked in. The beds were like sleeping on the floor. We heard sirens all night. Shower curtain was torn all across the top.
