Liked: Exceptional Value - King Size comfortable bed- power shower- clean tidy and quiet - friendly staff at reception who could not do enough to help

Good location, friendly staff.

Liked: Good location and friendly staff. Discounted food for neighbouring restaurant and discount on gym next door too (had no time to go)
Disliked: The room was very small, and the carpeting throughout the hotel was quite untidy/a trip hazard. The carpet in the room felt quite dirty underfoot

Disliked: Room cleaning was very poor, used crockery not replaced. Bed not made up. Shower mouldy.

Liked: Really great room - big bed - power shower- quiet clean comfortable - incredible value for London and a Hotel of this calibere. Staff at reception were all very helpful and friendly
