Liked: Location was perfect for what I needed
Disliked: Where do I begin? The front desk person was rude and acted like she was being bothered when I checked in. She kept ear buds in her ears the whole time and I repeatedly had to ask her to repeat herself because she talked too soft. The room had a very strong fragrance from either carpet deodorant or some kind of room deodorant. The carpet was worn and frayed with long strands at the end of the carpet edge. There were bugs in the bathroom. I asked for a different room and was told there wasn’t one. I asked for a refund and the desk clerk had to call someone for permission. The person then couldn’t print a receipt and wanted to email it to me. I never got the email so I refused to leave until I got a receipt showing a refund. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve booked

Disliked: That the microwave was dirty. Had cheese on the microwave plate and the whole microwave was just filthy. Had to call downstairs to the main desk for them to come up and clean it.
