Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

Liked: Great hotel; great people; bartender Kyle is the best.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Hidden fees, rude staff, bad...
Liked: The view. Being downtown.
Disliked: The hidden fees. The rude front desk ladies. The vallet dinging my door against a pole

Great views, but very outdated.
Liked: The staff was fantastic. The location was absolutely perfect and the views were great!
Disliked: The hotel is extremely outdated. Our room had a mini fridge but no microwave, no mini fridge, no hair dryer-none of the typical hotel amenities you would expect. The room was clean, but falling apart. We were only able to open 2 of the 5 window shades. The others had broken cords. There were trim pieces and moldings loose and/or broken. The television was an extremely dark and outdated screen. Honestly, we just expected more from the magnolia. The “snacks” that were available in the lobby were disappointing. Cereal, but no milk. Mac and cheese bowls, but no microwave.
