Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Liked: Very nice room and excellent staff.
Disliked: The bathroom could use a lighted makeup mirror.

Creepy scary but we made...

Disliked: Everything. Pictures were deceiving and literally they had nothing inside. There may have been 10 guest total for a 27 story hotel. No front desk after 11 pm. Did not recommend.

Liked: I wasn't sure what to expect as some reviews were not great.. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and modern. Valet staff outside always opening doors, checking if I needed a taxi etc. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe staying here. Thank you

Our stay at the magnolia...

Liked: The valete was so prompt even though we didn't give them a lot of time at times and were super friendly! The front desk was also very kind and helpful! Felt very welcome and assisted in such a busy area.
Disliked: Nothing!
