Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Liked: Very nice room and excellent staff.
Disliked: The bathroom could use a lighted makeup mirror.

Liked: I love the location, it was in the midst downtown and easily walkable to museums and tourist items. Loved the history and details of the building and the rooms.
Disliked: The shower did not drain well water would collect in the tub. Especially on the higher floors in an older building

Disliked: Everything. Pictures were deceiving and literally they had nothing inside. There may have been 10 guest total for a 27 story hotel. No front desk after 11 pm. Did not recommend.

Liked: I wasn't sure what to expect as some reviews were not great.. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean and modern. Valet staff outside always opening doors, checking if I needed a taxi etc. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe staying here. Thank you
