Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Liked: Very nice room and excellent staff.
Disliked: The bathroom could use a lighted makeup mirror.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Superb

Liked: Easy and friendly check in. We had to change our arrival particulars a couple of times - no problems.Encounters with other staff were always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Can't point to anything in particular. Just keep in mind it's a grand old building and it has a few quircks.

Loved Dallas.

Liked: The location worked well fr us as it was close to the convention center. The were plenty of restaurants within walking distance that served great Texas food. Felt safe in the area as there was a good police presence.Hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Also loved the older architecture of the hotel. The views from the room we stayed in was great.
Disliked: Although the common areas were clean and well kept, the rooms could use a deep clean. Especially around the windows and tighter areas. Lighting wasn't great in the room we stayed.

Horrible

Liked: Very horrible stay the room was very cold we couldn’t control it at all. They offered use a room on 24th floor which is supposed to been historic but was very scary & creepy. Went to 5th floor and freezed to death I have gotten sick from it being so cold after a shower. No pool no nothing for the price it was a horrible stay.
Disliked: Wasn’t a microwave, no pool, super cold. Just too old. It was more of motel experience instead of hotel.
