Wonderful visit. Very clean hotel and room. Excellent staff and customer service. Definitely recommend staying here. Great room for the price! Valet service, baggage help, front desk, all great service! Great location, close to everything.

Liked: Very nice room and excellent staff.
Disliked: The bathroom could use a lighted makeup mirror.

Nice place to stay. Friendly staff - very helpful. Close to the House of Blues - you can't walk there though, you must take a cab or their shuttle bus.

What an amazing place to stay. Spacious rooms (we had a great corner suite), within easy walking distance to all that is "happening" in Dallas. We will definitely stay there again!

Large rooms, good location. Not...

Liked: The location was great, and the room size was fantastic. However, the bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. The room was dated and dusty, and the shower taps made an awful noise when being turned on and off. If you're here for a quick night, then it's manageable, but any longer, I'd look elsewhere.

Perfect

Liked: I don’t remember the young lady with the braids or twists at the front, but she was very engaging and welcoming. Really sweet and made it more comfortable for us. The valet guys work really hard and quickly it was overall great. We WILL be back the next time we have any business or concerts to attend in the area.

Overall a decent stay for...

Liked: Comfortable room 10 minutes walk from the convention center. Shops and restaurants a short walk away, overall met our requirements.
Disliked: The temperature control was missing from the room AC so the room was cold overnight. The fridge froze our drinks. Wasn't enough of an issue for us to complain so we didn't give the hotel a chance to fix things. This is just a minor issue.

Wouldn't stay here again. much...

Liked: Location was great,
Disliked: Room was noisy with something from the hallway, sounded like a loud air conditioning unit, staff were a bit standoffish and didn't explain any of the hotel facilities on arrival. A bit cheeky charging an extra $55USD just to checkin early. If the room is ready if I arrive early why should I have to pay. I either ruffle the sheets at 10am or 4pm same room same day what's the big deal?!?! Room was very dark, lighting was poor, most of the blinds were broken so couldn't raise them to let extra light in. No one answered the phone at the desk or valet so had to get a trolley for my own bags. I think the staff should stay there to see what it is really like.....
