The worst motel experience of...

Liked: The bed and bedding were great. Outside noise level was low. I was able to park close to the room. Nice shower stall.
Disliked: Where do I start, four lights didn’t work., as in burned out or what ever the problem, yes you read correctly (4) four. No table lamps by the bed or desk. The bathroom floor was ice cold. It took nearly a half hour to get hot water. It took an hour to get the room warm. When I first walked in, it was as cold or colder than a refrigerator. The curtains are difficult to secure privacy. The door weather stripping is like non existent, you can see light from outside from top to bottom. The TV was extremely difficult to try and get it to operate. Body wash and shampoo dispensers didn’t have and thing in them, or they just didn’t work. Either way, there wasn’t any hand soap, body wash or shampoo. And the next day, the bathroom floor was still cold. Shower head wasn’t designed for anyone over 5’11”. The bathroom, while it has a heat lamp the vent motor is loud, and or sucks any heat out of the room. Bathroom never got warm. Couldn’t get the heater a/c unit to go to a low speed mode etc. the room did eventually get warm. Outside temperatures were in the mid 30’s overnight and morning. The continental breakfast was lame as well.

Liked: The bathroom was really nice it had been upgraded and was clean and roomy.
Disliked: The desk staff at check in and check out (same person) was rather rude and unfriendly. It was almost like he thought was doing you a favor by letting you stay at the hotel.

Disliked: Everything
