Very good

Liked: Amazing prime location. Very near Euston and KC. A truly beautiful Georgian I would say building which seems to have been neglected. I have stayed before and I love the location. Almost on Tavistock Square. On this occasion I found staff non too helpful. Room had no bedding and I did offer to make up myself. This was way past check in Seemed to show a lack of good management and basic housekeeping skills. Didn?t have breakfast as had to leave really early. Front desk not so good this visit. Breakfast usually first class. They have a gorgeous garden
Disliked: Staff

It's okay.

Liked: The location near the tube station/ breakfast fantastic/ Staff at the reception: very helpful.
Disliked: This place is a renovated student apartment. However, it's not as good as my expectations. The floor and furniture in the room look not very clean. There is one common shower place next to my room. It isn't clean either...

Good value, basic accommodation for...

Liked: Great price for a private room in such a central location (minutes walk from tube stations and tourist destinations), friendly staff, easy check in/out and comfortable enough. Ideal as somewhere to crash when you're not planning on spending a lot of time in the room
Disliked: It's student accommodation normally so don't expect the usual facilities (that's also reflected by the price). My only issues were noise (could clearly hear people in neighbouring rooms) so recommend ear plugs and the floor was pretty wonky, so moving around the room was a bit awkward.
