Satisfied.

Liked: Good location, excellent staff!
Disliked: Some baths only have cold water, meanwhile the basin comes out only hot water.

Very good

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, a big variety of options (including vegan options) that changed daily. Everything was fresh cooked and delicious. The location was brilliant, 3 minutes walk to Tottenham Court Rd, in Central London. Amazing value for money.
Disliked: The water pressure wasn't great at busy times so the showers were a bit basic, but we didn't mind given what we paid for it.

Great location at good price...

Liked: Location is greatVery good price for LondonGood included breakfast with different choice everydayClean shared bathroom/showers
Disliked: The mattress are not the most comfortable, they are soft and fell old / been used a lot.The luggage room is not super safe with no-one really controlling it (they give in a tag, but no check at all for retrieving our bags, and anyone can go in and out.

clean and decent but hot

Liked: staff was friendly and helpful. everything was very clean.
Disliked: the bed felt like metal springs covered in a thin layer of sheet, had to double up the duvets and lay on top of them to get by. also VERY very VERY hot in the room, no fan or air con and window only opens a small amount.

Value London stay

Liked: Does what it says. Reasonable accommodations in very central location. Good breakfast. Reasonable facilities and clean. Wi fi worked and my nephew loved the pool table and table tennis in the common room . Will stay again.
Disliked: An en suite would be nice but then it would cost more money. There is a sink in the room.

Superb

Liked: Good position, very quiet, exceptional buffet breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom/showers would need just a bit of refurbishing. The kitchen should have a bit more of cups, plates, cutlery and pans (at least the one on my floor almost did not have any), although the microwave, kettle and fridge are certainly very useful. AC in the rooms would also be a plus in hot weather.

It was worth the money...

Liked: The location was very good, 10 min walk to oxford street and couple of tube stations in 5 min radius. Breakfast was tasty. Its a good value for money considering the location of this place
Disliked: You can hear everything coming from the corridor. People banging the doors all hours, however I don’t put as people fault just very heavy doors that shuts with a bang. Toilets could’ve been better and not unisex. Same goes with a shower as well, everybody goes in one. There was no signs saying where is toilets as well and staff didn’t say anything about it so we were left wondering the halls trying to locate it. Its good for one night if you just coming here to sleep, but I wouldn’t stay for longer.
