People-friendly Spaces.

Liked: Our second stay here this year, and we love this hotel. Firstly, we know what to expect from Leonardo hotels. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and great service. Secondly, although we love dogs, we had dogs, but we always look for dog-free escapes because when we go away, we prefer not to stay in dog-friendly hotels. The bedrooms are a great size. The water in the shower is hot, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

The lack of room availability...

Liked: I have stayed at this property before. It's a nice hotel in a great location.
Disliked: When we arrived to check in at the hotel we were told our rooms were not ready. Instead of two superior rooms we were offered one small room on the first floor with no view. I explained that we were restricted to time as a family of four. My wife was running the London marathon the following day. My kids wanted to use the pool upon check in as we had a restaurant reservation for 6:30pm with a large group of friends. After numerous enquiries we were constantly told the rooms were not ready. This caused my wife distress as it was not ideal preparation for a marathon. Following a heated conversation with staff we were then given our rooms after 6pm. We had to quickly scramble to get showered and ready for our restaurant booking. The staff acted like they were the ones doing me the favour and said it's because of the marathon. I'm sorry but the hotel should never have taken best part of £900 for a 2 night stay and then not have their rooms prepared.

Liked: Well located hotel close to tower hill tube and all of the local amenities. Room was particularly spacious and the pool was an added bonus
