Room 642 - clean room with plenty of space. Cracked sink in bathroom which could be dangerous and couldn't adjust the heating, so room was very warm.

Very loud road noise

Liked: Was attending Bryan Adams concert at Newcastle arena so was ideal location as it's literally a short walk from the hotel.so ideal location.must admit the mattress was comfortable.
Disliked: Room was freezing..no way of turning the the heating on.windows were terrible and little to no sound insulation from the outside... bearing in mind our room looked on to the A1 you could hear the traffic all night...

Disliked: Reception staff no local knowledge , no fruit salad for breakfast by 8.30am, indifferent breakfast staff

Great location time for investment...

Liked: Rooms look tired and could do with some investment. Shower was cold as water just didn't heat up.
Disliked: Rooms look tired. Investment needed.
