Liked: Staff, especially Ean at front desk, is exceptional. He became my shadow assisting me when the Wheelchair Company failed to deliver a power wheelchair that worked. The restaurant is excellent, as is the location but I would return simply to see the staff again.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We specifically only dealt with the front desk and the doorman, but they were so kind and nice. The doorman were exceptionally pleasant and greeting us every day.

Liked: Loved the decor of the hotel as well as the room. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was convenient for we spent our days at the convention center.
Disliked: We didn’t care for how the bathroom was set just inside the living area. Felt like you didn’t have privacy when in the bathroom. No fan and could hear everything happening inside the bathroom.

Disliked: The car window was smashed out in the suggested parking lot and when my guests left the staff offered nothing other than condolences.

Disliked: Room was not ready. A large wedding had several late leaving. My daughter had a small wedding that day and the hotel room was a big part of my day. They were exhausted. I felt the front staff didn’t care that they were just married my daughter called me very upset. They gave them drink vouchers which we do not drink alcohol. This was disappointing. They did stay and the night was comfortable but the wait was unnecessarily upsetting.
