Wonderful

Liked: The staff were super courteous and helpful, always smiling and happy. Beautifully decorated and very cozy. The location is perfect in the middle of downtown with so many restaurants to choose from.

Superb

Liked: Nice, clean, friendly staff. Hot water and mattress perfect. They defeathered the room for me, so awesome. Easy walk to convention center and food.
Disliked: Noisy at night. Not the hotel's fault (location), but better noise baffling would have made it perfect.

Passable

Liked: The property was beautiful
Disliked: The amount of cops and sirens and the fact the fire alarm kept going off

I won’t choose this hotel...

Liked: I liked the room we chose. The Guild House restaurant so close to the hotel is an added benefit.
Disliked: The location and our room facing High Street made it extremely loud from racing cars, to motor cycles and emergency vehicles too. The band playing below was extremely loud too. The fire alarm going off at 4 am left little to be desired also. It was a false alarm.

Comfort and fun in one...

Liked: This was my second stay in the Joseph and I love it. The hotel is beautiful, modern, smells so good. The room is super clean and comfortable, the snacks are delicious and the staff is very pleasant. And the location is great, close to downtown but in a much better area where you can walk around and experience many cool shops, cafes and restaurants. All perfect.
Disliked: The bar in the hotel could be a little bigger and better service. But that is just if I am being really picky.

Disliked: Nothing
