We loved room, restaurants, and...
Liked: Clean, don’t have to leave everything you need on grounds

Liked: Hotel staff was excellent and helpful. Restaurants are great.
Disliked: I had 2 rooms. Upon checking in only one of my rooms was ready. Had to wait an hour before my 2nd rm was ready. One of my rms was filthy. Floor had crumbs and bed sheets had stains and hair. We called to have are rm cleaned again.

Liked: Room was ready on arrival... Room was clean... Easy to maneuver around the property... Nice pool area/lazy river... Liked the separate adult pool area... Cocktail service at the adult pool was perfect (that Staff were working hard)... Casual and comfortable ambiance...
Disliked: Only freshened room every other day... Limited drawer/space for clothing/hanging items... Some of the Staff could have been friendlier (i.e. Penn Club Promotions Kiosk sign-up and Check-out Personnel (not engaging) ... Most of the Staff was friendly (I'm in the service industry) ... The room was noisy; big door gap at the bottom of room door (could hear a pin drop in the hallway)... no poker card room...

Liked: Love the Lazy river ,They did a remodel it's beautiful but I still liked the original room decor.
Disliked: They were short staffed so the pool bar was not open,we had to get out of the pool stand in line about 15 minutes to get something to drink

Pricey but a fun experience.
Liked: Beautiful and impressive. The pools were the best part.
Disliked: Smelled like smoke on garage side of building. The pillows were so thick my neck hurt and their was no extra blankets for an already thin comforter. Food is expensive also.
