Set in its own spacious grounds on the West side of Bournemouth center the family-run Laguna Hotel features a sun terrace. The town center is a 10-minute walk and the beautiful Bournemouth beach is less than a 20 minute stroll through the Central Gardens. The Laguna is an older dated hotel which has been here for many years. If you want friendly and helpful staff comfortable & clean accommodations with a great location and affordable prices then please visit us. The bedrooms are individually decorated and each features a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Guests can relax in the indoor swimming pool and spa bath (the spa bath is coin-yard operated). Guests can relax on the sun terrace ahead of the property's picturesque gardens. Free on-site parking for cars only and complimentary WiFi is available throughout. The games room features a table tennis and pool table. Elevator access is available throughout the hotel. Laguna Hotel is located in the West Cliff area just 2 miles from Bournemouth Railway Station. There is free on-site parking and the sandy beach can be reached in a 20-minute stroll. Please note that although we will make every effort we cannot guarantee that rooms will be allocated together.

For this standard it should...

Liked: Swimming pool. Day reception guy and waitresses were nice but the reception night guy didn't have a clue about anything.
Disliked: Little space inside the room. Beds seems like water bed.

Great value for money, quiet...

Liked: I very much appreciated the fact that the hotel's website was completely honest about it being an "older dated hotel". In that respect it exceeded my expectations. It worked out as £80.60 per night including an excellent full English breakfast for two people, which is the kind of value I was looking for. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Creaky beds and creaky floorboards from the room above, but I had expected as much and it didn't bother me because the overall value of the stay was good. (There are many more expensive hotels in the UK which suffer the same problems.)

We enjoyed staying here.

Liked: The swimming pool and breakfast. Room was a good size for a family.
Disliked: Room too hot. Couldn’t open windows very far due to safety restraints - and window lock broken on one window so could not open it.

Liked: Breakfast was served good . Waiter was very professional. Happy with service and breakfast
Disliked: Room was noisy smells of cigarettes and dirty carpets floor Neighbours was loud. Hard to relaxing all night .!

Liked: Lovely staff, young staff were very polite too. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely to meet the dear little bunny out in his outside pen. I have kept bunnies all my life, I expect the Laguna Hotel Bunny is very popular with its children guests! The Hotel is nicely laid out. It has a lovely, large Breakfast room.
Disliked: Definition of cleaning cloths for tables and chairs. Cobwebs on the ceiling didn't affect me, only my tall husband, ha ha! But the rest of the room was clean. Maybe a bit of attention to the overflows in the bathroom.
