nice place, but there are...

Liked: The hotel was bright and clean. Some of the staff were very nice and accommodating to guests. I was upset about the conditions of the U.S. flag outside, and was assured that it would be addressed.
Disliked: Some of the staff were just not really concerned about making sure the guests were happy and comfortable. I asked to have our room serviced after several days, and was told that could not happen because the hotel only had 1 house cleaner and 14 rooms to service. We said OK, but please provide new towels, and that would be good. But.....no service, and no towels. Our room had not been cleaned for several days, and our room should have been a priority.

Exceptional

Liked: The room had comfy beds and great lighting to do our make up before the concert!!! Staff was great at check in and check out.
Disliked: The cleaning staff left gloves on the desk but other than that it was great

Nice, modern hotel

Liked: Clean facility, great location for my purpose. They served breakfast, even though it was Christmas Day.
Disliked: Some of the seats in the breakfast area are starting to look worn out. They had a lot of leaks from rain in the lobby. I have stayed here several times, and the hot breakfast items are empty frequently.

Needs better housekeeping

Disliked: Housekeeping needs better room service was dusty and bathroom was gross

Location and value was perfect...

Disliked: They failed to program our room cards, we had a toddler with us who was asleep but woke up as we were trying to get into the room. I had to run back down and get them programed but by that time she was awake and not happy. Breakfast had no milk and clover valley syrup, very minimal.

Very happy with my stay...

Liked: Very clean, feels good to walk in and out, comfortable bed, staffs were great and friendly! Worth my stay! Highly recommended. Good location
