A Value in the Central...

Liked: Close to Central Business District
Disliked: A few shady people loitering on the property

Decent, affordable location to visit...

Liked: The facilities in the room were adequate. No complaints. The room was also as clean as one would expect. The great advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the San Antonio River Walk and its affordability compared to other hotels in the area. Furthermore, the pet policy is reasonable, and we were travelling with our corgi. The breakfast on offer was also adequate.
Disliked: The outside of the hotel needs to be renovated, and the breakfast area was incredibly cramped with limited seating. We also had mosquitoes in our room because of the water in the pool area. Given that it's a pet-friendly hotel, it would also be nice to have a little grass about for obvious reasons.

Liked: Lady at front desk morning shift rather large. Said she didn’t see my reservation, so she took advantage of my mother who did not speak the best English and made her pay for another night whereas I had already booked the confirmation on booking.com and the receptionist claims she did not see it even though it had been about 20 minutes or so. She also didn’t bother to ask for confirmation number or anything or try to help us resolve the issue instead she called us names and said do you want the room or not and each time we renewed, we got new key cards to to be exact one of which never worked on any door in the facility
Disliked: Morning shift front lady unprofessional not courteous when I just went to ask to see if my mother could stay so she wasn’t riding around an eight truck all day and she said it would be an extra $30 even though I had paid for the night before we paid twice since she refused to recognize my booking. The rest of the staff was very friendly however, the property is extremely undercut and filthy. They also are renting out parking spot which I believe paying customers should have priority over random people who aren’t staying in the hotel. Also there is no sort of security when we first arrived there is a man extremely frustrated bleeding from his head, sitting on the steps right in front of our door arguing with himself.

Liked: The front desk morning shift lady that is very rude and refused to acknowledge my reservation, taking advantage of my mother by charging her for the same exact room that I had already booked at an inflated price.
Disliked: It was filthy. We were never offered any towels or sheets or extra shampoo or toiletries.

Disliked: There was so much construction everywhere, the bed were not comfy at all my back was hurting the next day. It was not close to the Riverwalk.
