Great place to stay
Liked: The staff was great, very friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect.
Disliked: The only bad was that the mattress on the pullout needs replaced. My kids had bruises from the springs.

Worth another trip!
Liked: It was a great getaway and very enjoyable. Nothing is perfect and there are always issues but only small ones are good to know.
Disliked: Although I may have overlooked but wasn’t expecting to see so many pets and became leary but was happy to find our room fresh and clean.

Liked: I’ve probably stayed here 70 nights over the last 6 months. In Boone, probably the best hotel of their class. Beats the Quality Inn, Hampton Inn etc. Great breakfast and good staff. Highly recommended

Loved the food selection at...
Liked: The breakfast selection was very good
Disliked: The hot tub was not at the temperature to be considered a hot tub, it seemed more like a warm tub. Our sink faucet was very loud in the bathroom, the shower was squeaky, our toilet clogged and when I tried to call the front desk, our phone did not work. There’s only one elevator for the entire hotel so you have to wait a bit to get on, unless you want to walk to the other side of the hotel for the one set of steps.
