under construction and dirty hotel...

Liked: i liked how the property manager treated us, and was able to provide a discount due to an inconvenience on booking.com
Disliked: property was under construction, so i feel it would’ve been better closed as you can tell it’s undergoing maintenance. the room itself was really dirty and the towels were stained so i’m more than sure there’s no cleaning being done. i also didn’t like how my check out was at 11am and was awoken to an “employee” trying to jam the door open and did get it open thinking we were gone even though we told him we were inside, very unprofessional on his part. they also didn’t have breakfast just a heads up for anyone who wants a hotel with this. used to love this hotel as my family would stay years back but it’s been really runned down and wouldn’t stay again :(

Liked: Nothing horrible experience of my life the new general manager is the worst! Doesn't want to help you in any way just wants to say glued to the chair behind the desk. Thanks Baymont never again.
Disliked: I booked online and even paid online but the general manager said he didn't have no rooms when the parking lot was clearly empty,said if I wanted a room it would either be flooded, have mice or roaches and the a.c wouldn't work if I wanted a room with any of those things he would gladly assist me...

Disliked: Don't recommend this hotel to no one. hotel room super dirty with no TV , no working ac, room smelled really bad I had to go and complain they changed me room and cleanness was still bad and I was having key card problems and didn't felt safe at this hotel to many homeless people outside in the parking area in the middle of the night. I will never go again I rather pay more somewhere else
