I have stayed in this location twice, both times for a concert and it is very close to venues, but from the 1st visit to this 2nd visit the hotel looks more like a motel. It looks run down and the rooms are very outdated and very used. I don't think I would stay there again even if the venue was 5 minutes away.

Liked: The location to the venue.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy and smelled; the bathroom was dirty (there was long hair and pubic hair in and around the tub); there was no shampoo or soap; the A/C was not cooling enough; the phone did not work; the door to the room looked kicked in and the lock did not work.

Disliked: CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! STAY FAR AWAY... FROM THE LOBBY BEING REMODELED, BROKE CHAIR, TV DIDN'T WORK, BLOOD STAIN ON THE SHEETS, SHOWER WATER DIDN'T TURN OFF IN THE MORNING, HOMELESS PARTY GOING ON OUTSIDE MY DOOR ALL NIGHT, DIRT CLOTHES AND Q-TIPS ALL OVER

Disliked: It was UNSAFE, all shady people sits infront of the room, it was under renovation! The wifi was not secured, the room / toilet didnt even have the trash can, neither the bathroom had working vent or a working phone to call them in case of emergency. People keeps shouting and banging each others door, the place looks like a pefect hiding place foe drug dealers !! asking the receptionist for help with wifi and vent and told him about our safety concerns he said he can not do anything about it ! This place is below than lowest, they should close their business or booking.com should remove them from their website ! It was totally upsetting !

Disliked: Everything was unplugged upon entering the room, sounded like the window was open and we could hear every thing outside, the man at the desk seemed very incompetent and rude. Did not give any direction on where the room was located, continuously asked for my credit card after telling him 3 times I was paying with cash. Tried to charge me $175 after I told him I had a room reserved and it had my price as $96.
