Liked: The waffle mix is watered down. The lady who works the breakfast and is hiding in the adjacent room, only says "no comprende". The apple juice was 75% water. When trying to tell her some supposedly english person showed the "no comprende" lady to go and get me something from the cupboard. They ran out of eggs. I understand, no problem, there is a shortage on eggs. They had a wedding and the place was full. The breakfast bar looked like a stampede hit it. This lady was hiding in the adjacent room
Disliked: There was no hot water in the shower. They had to call the owner to ask him how to fix it

Liked: The breakfast was good but the food ran out before breakfast ended.
Disliked: The cleanliness, the hotel room was very dirty.

Disliked: Ran out of breakfast the first morning of our stay. Only had two towels in our bathroom. We spilled water on the floor and used a towel to clean it and it was black with dirt. My daughters brand new, never worn socks were black with dirt from walking in the carpet in the room. To make matters worse I was charged three different prices for only reserving 2 rooms.

Liked: We have stayed here 3 times before while our RV was getting fixed. We stayed for 2 weeks.this time and at first it was great. Staff was good room was kinda of clean, but ok. Breakfast was good the first week but then they ran out of eggs and said there was an egg shortage. The stores around us had plenty of eggs.
Disliked: The last few days we started to get bit by something. Then the last night we found what we thought were bed bugs. It was clear from the couple we found and comparing them to the ones we found on the internet. Then we found more dead ones and then live active ones. We also found a few larger ones between the headboard of the bed and the mattress. We contacted the staff and she told us we would have to talk to the manager in the morning. We contacted the manager who pretty much dismissed it and said the only thing she could do was switch us rooms and see what the owner wanted to do about it. We were supposed to pick up our RV that morning but needed to stay so we could clean all our clothes and other items so we did not contaminate our RV. Then we were told that the owner wanted us to leave and refused to let us stay because he had to call an exterminator and see if they were really bed bugs. She told us she did not know how they would have come into the hotel but maybe from one of the construction workers that was staying there. Our bedding and towels were replaced several times during our stay and we have never had bed bugs before. Needless to say it has been a nightmare and very expensive to clean our clothes and other items and have had to throw items away that could not be cleaned and clothes were ruined due to having to clean them in HOT water and dry on high heat. they were completely unwilling to help us in any way to get rid of them or anything else.

Disliked: Room reeked of pet urine. My dog was unable to settle so spend 4 hours sleeping in my car

Disliked: The breakfast was great but the attendant was putting out breakfast at 6:15 when sign states open at 6. Food was great. But was lukewarm that day
