Disliked: bathroom grout between tiles was missing in many places in 318.

Liked: Breakfast was great!! Beds were comfy.
Disliked: Room was not tidy 3 out of 4 day stay. We had to ask the staff to empty our trash cans. Beds not made. Toilet kept running or wouldn't flush. The part in the tank didn't close!! We reported it multiple times!! We finally just took the lid of tank so we could make sure it closed.

I would certainly not stay...

Liked: The breakfast was good, rooms were clean and the check in was easy.
Disliked: If you are staying multiple nights I would stay somewhere else. House keeping came day 1 and picked up dirty towels… that was it. There were no new towels left and the trash wasn’t emptied. When I called the front desk they explained they would be back sometime later or about 15-20 min they would bring some. It was 5 in the afternoon by the way, we had left at 8 that morning. We were there 3 nights and housekeeping did not come once. I’m not a hotel snob by any means the only thing I like is a walk in shower. Either I misread or the pictures are deceiving because I picked this hotel because of reviews and the walk in shower. It didn’t have one in the room we stayed in.
