La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sunrise

We had a pleasant stay at La Quinta.

Liked: Hotel seems updated in a nice modern style. I like the laminate floors in bath and sink areas.
Disliked: Some parts of the property have not been updated. There were torn cushions on several pieces of furniture.

Liked: Location! And the pool area was really nice.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Quality of room, roaches in room, the smell of the room was moldy and old water. The roof had visible water stains. The bathroom tub was discolored and part of the floor was missing.

Poor

Disliked: No parking no pool not much of a breakfast

It was Awesome.

Liked: The hotel was in a good area. Everything I need was not far out everything in my reach. Love Area. 10/10 for me.

Disliked: Lock on our door was broken. Sheets were stained. Room wasn't very clean. Dusty vents. Not worth the price. 2nd bad experience with la Quinta. Will be avoiding this hotel chain from now on

Disliked: Didn't like the virtual check-in - speaking to someone on a screen. Having to wait until someone was on the premises to get a package delivered to me. Having to pay $5 to get the package. No safe. Constantly hitting my head on the low hanging light fixture over the sink. It was good having a microwave and fridge in the room but the freezer - small as it was - needed defrosting. Nothing could fit into it because of all the built up ice.

Disliked: Property showing its age. Hallways shabby but room was clean but very small!!

Disliked: The room was smelly and hate I could not open any window plus carpet and chair were dirty. Breakfasts I didn’t take because I didn’t like anything offered.Laundry room was not courtesy.
