It was ok but I...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room size was good.
Disliked: With a bit of care and upkeep, this could be a nice place. Room could have been real nice if properly cleaned and dusted. Refrigerator needed defrosted badly! Hallway outside needed a good vacuum. Last night there we had no hot water due to plumbing repair and was not told about it.

Liked: Conveniently located. Relatively clean.
Disliked: The property room in rough shape. There were five children and two adults in the room next to us, the children were screaming, and yelling un controlled by the parents until well after 1 AM. I did send a email through the app to the front desk, but it went unanswered. Dogs on the floor were barking literally all night long.Their owners apparently had them up and walking up and down the hallway and all hours of the night. The breakfast bar was OK, but the crowd was way above capacity. It appears a charter bus had brought in a large load of teenagers as well as being accompanied by their parents in their own vehicles. There was one poor lady who was trying to keep up, but was being overwhelmed by the number of people in the breakfast area. The teenagers were staring around talking and not allowing other people to move freely and we’re standing at the waffle maker, the toaster, and so on making multiple items without allowing people and lying to proceed.No hotel staff came in to try to calm the ruckus or to intercede on behalf of the other guests so that everyone was able to be served. It should’ve been very easy to see, much easier to hear from the front desk and there is no attention paid to the situation. It’s very unlikely we will stay at this location again and this is an area we frequent a few times per year. Conversely, we stayed at La Quinta in pigeon Forge/Sevierville last year and it was a wonderful experience. Rather than staying an additional night at this location, we chose to move to another hotel in downtown pigeon Forge, which we actually got a $30 better rate for a newer property.

Disliked: The rooms does not seem clean. The outside of the building looks very nice but once you see the actual rooms, they are very dated. not many options for breakfast.

The hotel refunded our stay...

Disliked: It was so dirty. The staff came to our room upon check in and quickly refunded our money and canceled our reservation. Water buckets in the hallways it was hot and dirty. The staff was very kind but the hotel was awful

Liked: Friendly staff and helpful.
Disliked: Our room was not clean. There were ants coming in the window and the floors were not clean. And to top it off we found a dirty baby diaper someone before us left on the floor right beside the couch. Other than all that it was a great stay.
