Breakfast was Good. Sunday went around 9ish and most of the available food was gone, ie: fruit, yogurt. Figured its Sun

Lack of effort

Liked: The location of the hotel was good, considering where I had to travel for my event. The hotel was clean, but a bit outdated. I think the hotel could use a little facelift. Fresh paint, carpet, and new bathroom hardware.
Disliked: I requested wash cloths. The front desk person wrote my room# down and said she would have some delivered. That was around noon. Well I was gone for most of the afternoon and returned back to my room that evening, and no fresh wash clothes were delivered. I sent my 14 year old son down to the front desk to get some, and he was told there were no wash clothes. Well I went down myself and told the front desk person I was requested towels earlier that day and it was supposed to be delivered. His response was "yes those are hard to come by" and asked me to meet him by the elevator so he could check the staff laundry room. He comes out with the number of towels I requested. My problem is, I just sent my son down to the front desk and requested towels, and he was told there were not any. There was no effort to help accommodate his request, but I went, a parent; he took that extra step. So disappointing.
