Disliked: I switched rooms because the tv was broken and ac was leaking water into the room. Had problems with key card on doors for both rooms. The staff that checked me out had a horrible attitude.

Exceptional

Don’t pass this one up!

Liked: Clean, updated and easy access! Mackenzie at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She rocks!
Disliked: Could hear a little freeway noise, but not bad enough to not be able to sleep.

Poor

Liked: There was a sock in the hallway and an odor in the room.

Disaster

Disliked: Spiders on the bed bugs everywhere , mold on the ceilings . Dirty mattress , had to change rooms because no refund .

Liked: The breakfast was decent
Disliked: The walls were dirty and the window shades were broken.
