Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The bed was HORRIBLE it felt like I was laying on wood. Get the carpet replaced on the 3rd floor in the hall. And the water pressure coming from the sink was comical.

Disliked: Staff at night was horrible...

Location is convenient but staff...

Disliked: My reservation was received incorrectly by La Quinta, and they were very resistant to fix and adjust my reservation, they kept saying “It’s not our fault, you need to contact booking.com to fix it” only after speaking with the front desk for over an HOUR did they finally correct our room and reservation, AND they still had us put down a credit card and charged me for a room that was already fully paid for through booking.com, there were many upset guest that night, many of our keys didn’t properly work and multiple people came back to our rooms including myself with the door left open(someone had gone into our room without permission while we were out)

For the price, it was...

Liked: It was right across from the venue. It was well lit, easy to find, and included breakfast.
Disliked: I asked the front desk help for help as our TV was not changing channels with remote nor by pushing buttons. She said she was coming and never did. There was a lot of noise from 10 pm 2 am in the halls. The eggs and potatoes were absolutely awful. The pancakes, bacon, and sausage were good.

Won’t recommend.

Disliked: I didn’t even have hot water in my room it was room temperature and the bed sheets had stains. The remote barely worked for the tv. And my door was broken so I couldn’t even use a key an employee had to unlock the door for me whenever I wanted to go in the room. The lobby smells like dogs as well.
