Very poor
Disliked: Parking cost extra despite advertising as free. Bathtub was disgusting. Sink drained slowly. Pool was closed.

Everything is fine, great staff,...
Liked: I was so late at midnight when i arrived by driving so long distance, and the hotel staff are so nice to guide me how to access my hotel room and where I needed to park my SUV. And, hotel is clean and safe, and breakfast is served with quality food and have many different kinds of foods, drinks and bread, snacks and fried eggs and sausage too. Location and parking are convenient, and it is awesome place to stay.
Disliked: Everything is good. I wish I could have time to go swimming in the blue swimming pool. But my time is too tight. Next time I am going to stay longer and go swimming again.

Liked: Room was clean and overall hotel was well kept. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Elevator needed maintenance and repairs. Hot water was hot=cold=hot=cold while taking a shower. Very unsafe and uncomfortable.

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: The whole place smelled bad and the room.was filthy dirty ..I found other peoples stuff under the bed and couches and it was never vacuumed..the sheets were stained and the bed hurt

Sleepless & disappointing
Liked: Breakfast was awful. everything was dried up & tasteless. There were no eggs.The room was a disgusting mess. It was a "Pet" room. It was trashed: Cracked sink, cracked toilet, mold & mildew on shower frame, dirty floors, dog scratches everywhere w/o any effort to clean it up, repair or paint. Why not take a large deposit to be refunded after inspection
Disliked: Your staff at the front desk were kind, professional & attentive. The hotel gets a 0 out of 10.Also, when my husband called to speak with the General Mgr, Daniel Segura, he was not apologetic or understanding. He did, however, agree to give a full refund including tax= $176.67We have not yet received it as it has not been 10 days.

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: The water was cold to the shower they gave us the wrong room because the other room wasn’t ready the pool didn’t work it was dirty we kept having to ask for clean towels
