Pleasant
Liked: Comfortable size room. Friendly staff. Pet friendly
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved. Rooms need updates. Water would not turn off in shower. Lack of towels in room. Key cards wouldn't work.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Very little offered for free breakfast, all carbs no protein. Service from front desk was poor.

Liked: Dump! front desk the worst nasty attitude and rude. The ice makers all broken screamed at my sister told us he was calling police. He called the police on 2 seniors. We were thrown out. Disgusting place. Don't go there very dirty.

HORRIBLE, SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Liked: The location was ideal.
Disliked: My family and I checked in on Monday, April 21st, 2025. We paid in full for our 6 day stay, that was due to end on April 26th, 2025. This stay was nothing short of a trip comparable to an absolute nightmare, visiting our home town.On the first night in April 21st, we were awoken hours into our night to bed bugs biting our entire family. They were visible and moving on the blankets and mattress when we turned on the light. We immediately went down to the front desk, and they offered to refund us with a wait to get back our money or move rooms.We had a 10 hour trip that we needed desperately to recover from. So we had chosen to be moved for the night. We were there to enjoy our family, and also work. Which was cut short due to the bites and medication that was needed to treat them.The second room we were moved to was covered in black mold from the peeling wall paper. We waited desperately for management to get back to us, which for almost the entirety of our stay didn’t happen.We were forced to stay at this bug ridden mold infested establishment, because we did not have the funds to move hotels while that money was on hold by refund.We were forced to leave for interacting with another customer in the lobby, regarding her own complaints about the hotel, in which we followed up with our concerns.No part of management contacted us about the concern of our issues at all until today April 25th 2025, which is the day we were planning to check out anyway as we drive through the night.Our family is currently on antibiotics for the bug bites, which are infected. Attached is photographs from the first night to show an extent of the bites. More can be provided as we have documented every day as they got worse. As well as pictures of the mold present in the room.This place is extremely dirty and needs to be investigated until they can fix these deplorable conditions and horrific management & half of the staff regarding their handling with this situation.

Disliked: I was very unhappy it smelled like pee there were stains all over the carpets .I had no water pressure to take a shower .the wall paper was coming of the wall .and when I tried to talk to someone I got that's management .very disappointed.
