La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hattiesburg I-59

Not so great.

Liked: Room was just OK.
Disliked: Girl at front desk not friendly. Called from room for help and nobody answered. Got locked out of hotel because someone deactivated our card. After walking around to go in front door in the cold we found our room had not been cleaned and had no extra towels or coffee.

Good value for the money.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There was a black stain dripping from the wall in the bathroom. The towel bar in the bathroom was broken and hanging down, and the toilet paper dispenser was broken, and the pieces were sitting on the sink. There should’ve been reported to maintenance by housekeeping before a guest was assigned to the room.

Disliked: The cleaning of the room, the staff seem to be quick to clean. I know they might have a bunch of rooms to service but make sure that you do a good job cleaning every room..

Southern Hospitality at its best!!

Liked: The staff is AMAZING!! Our daughter goes to USM and family has stayed here often!! They are always so friendly and welcoming!! This trip was for our daughter’s White Coat Ceremony, a very big deal!! The gentleman who checked us in and the manager went above and beyond this trip, when there was a mix up!! Thank y’all!! We will be back for graduation next year!!!
