Disliked: The dissatisfaction with our check-in experience on Saturday morning. The dayshift representative who assisted my friends and me was not pleasant or welcoming upon our arrival.We felt a degree of discomfort and perceived discrimination during the check-in process. This initial interaction significantly impacted our stay, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable.Due to this unfriendly experience, my friends and I have decided that we will not be returning to your establishment in the future.
