Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Came into town for a concert last minute; wonderful stay after show.

Disliked: None.

Liked: The hotel was clean and tidy, and offered a decent continental breakfast.

I was very pleased with our accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was clean. The towels were plentiful and of good quality. I would definitely stay there again.

Worst experience ever had to...

Liked: nothing, the place smelled like a cigarette factory, the dirtiest hotel we every saw. In my opinion, Slum property!
Disliked: Everything! The place was filthy I have the pictures to prove it! Holes in the wall of our room, carpet was so sticky, my wife's sandal stuck to the carpet!. The furniture was broken and the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We went back to reception and told the clerk we can't stay here, and she responded "I know" Said they would refund our Booking.compayment. Hasn't happened yet! FIled a complaint with Booking.com, they were polite, but didn't do anything. So we're out $168.00, but at least we're alive!! Booking.com off my list of travel sites!A security guard sat on the reception desk, and another "patron" huddled around our car once we were inside looking insude at our things. My wife said she feared for her life!

Horrible!

Liked: Horrible! Booked a room at CLT that turned out tc be La Quinta. Dirty sheets, no towels, soap or shampoo! Even went to office for soap and shampoo. None available. This is worse than homeless shelter. Glad to check out and still alive! People slamming doors all night, parting all night, black getto atmosphere with obvious drug use! STATE THE HELL AWAY!

Liked: Nothing at all it was nasty the tub was nasty i left and booked another hotel
Disliked: They didn’t have tissue they didn’t have clean rags the rooms was nasty had bed bugs the tub was dirty

Disturbing

Liked: Nothing at all. It’s disgusting and dangerous
Disliked: Everything. It was worn down, dirty, no soap, no wash cloths, not clean, men knocking on my door at odd hours, no cable or tv working, it smelled, the bldg is worn and horrible, dogs were in the hallway. After the guys came the second time beating on my door at 3 am I called an uber and left. I’d rather wait at the airport

The value of the hotel...

Liked: Didn’t stay for more than an hour because of the condition of the hotel. Staff were nice though.
Disliked: The room was dirty and stained. The window curtain was tied with a plastic bag. The microwave was dirty. The TV didn’t work. The elevator button was missing. The hotel seemed to attract suspicious characters.
