Liked: The location was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Every staff person seemed very happy to help.The breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent!
Disliked: With the complimentary wine they could have served a charcuterie of cheeses and salamis and fruits, especially for the price you pay. Otherwise everything else was fantastic!

Letdown by the urinating guests...

Liked: Lovely hotel, friendly & attentive staff.
Disliked: Room was wonderfully appointed BUT (A MASSIVE BUT) when you are woken both nights by people using the toilet (not just the flushing, you could hear people urinating) in the room upstairs, the ice machine right next door to your room & an awful outlook (& view into the room from the street). Destroyed our stay, I expect better for USD$1000.
